Returns a [`DataFrame`](DataFrame.md) with the last five rows.
This is equivalent to calling [`takeLast`](sliceRows.md#takelast) with the same `numRows` argument.
By default, `numRows = 5`.
```kotlin
df.tail(numRows: Int = 5)
```
